CSAE Policy

OpenStori – Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

At OpenStori, we are committed to maintaining a safe and secure online environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and take decisive action against any content, behavior, or individuals violating these principles. Our policies align with industry best practices and comply with the safety standards set by Google, Apple, and international law enforcement agencies.

1. Zero-Tolerance Policy

We do not permit content that depicts, promotes, or encourages CSAE in any form, including:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including images, videos, or text-based content.
Any content that involves grooming, coercion, or exploitation of minors.
The solicitation, sharing, or trading of inappropriate content involving minors.
AI-generated, digitally manipulated, or fictional depictions of child exploitation.
Any user found violating this policy will face immediate account termination and may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.

2. Proactive Detection & Reporting

To enforce our zero-tolerance policy, OpenStori employs advanced technology and human moderation to detect, prevent, and remove CSAE-related content. Our approach includes:

AI-powered detection systems to identify and flag harmful content.
24/7 moderation teams review reports and take action swiftly.
Collaboration with law enforcement and child protection organizations, including NCMEC (National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).
Automated scanning to prevent the upload and sharing of known CSAM.

3. User Reporting & Community Responsibility

We encourage all users to play an active role in keeping OpenStori safe. If you come across any content or behavior that violates our CSAE policies, please report it immediately using the “Report” feature. You can also contact our Trust & Safety Team at help@openstori.com.

Reports are handled with urgency, and any verified violations result in content removal, user bans, and legal reporting where necessary.

4. Strict Account & Age Verification

To protect minors, OpenStori enforces:

Strict age verification to prevent underage users from accessing inappropriate content.
Parental controls and restricted modes to provide safer experiences for younger users.
Account monitoring to detect suspicious activities, including predatory behavior.

5. Compliance with Legal & Industry Standards

We adhere to the policies set by Google, Apple, INTERPOL, and national child protection laws, ensuring our platform remains safe for all users. Our actions include:

Immediate removal of CSAE-related content.
Reporting illegal activities to relevant authorities.
Ongoing updates to our security and moderation protocols.
